California Children’s Services (CCS)
CCS is a statewide program that provides medical case management and funding for authorized
diagnostic and treatment services for a variety of medical conditions. Children and young adults up to age 21 are eligible when financial, residential and medical eligibility requirements are met. Case management teams work with families of eligible children to coordinate specialty care through a network of CCS approved physicians and hospitals. Children with orthopedic or neuro-muscular medical conditions may be eligible for physical and occupational therapy through the CCS Medical Therapy Program.
