EMT Certification - Renewal (January 2013)

Review EMT Recertification Guidance, Certification Policy, and CE Guidance.  Complete/Sign Certification Application,  Submit a statement of Continuing Education (CE) or CE course certificates, Skills Verification Form and materials to the Monterey EMS Agency with a Cashiers' Check/Money Order of $37 issued to the EMS AUTHORITY.
